2021-2022 Learning Pathways

Consultation has concluded

We want to hear from you about what Learning Pathways we should offer in the 2021-2022 school year.

Last year, NLPS families told us they wanted an alternative to in-person classes so we created the 2020-2021 Learning Pathways Guide which included our new Learning Together Anywhere program and a Home Education option.

To help plan for next year, including staffing and resources, we need to know which pathways families want us to offer and what they plan to choose for their child(ren).

Please join the discussions, share your story, or ask a question below. Our survey will launch later this month!

The primary reason for creating the Learning Together Anywhere program was to address families' concerns about COVID-19 and  restrictions that would be in place at schools for the 2019-2020 school year. If/when COVID restrictions are reduced or eliminated, are you in favour of NLPS continuing to offer an online option for families? Please discuss.

For the 2020-2021 school year, NLPS offered families the option of choosing in-person learning, the Learning Together Anywhere program (online learning), and home education connected to an NLPS school. What other options would you like NLPS to consider when the division is determining what pathways to offer to families in the 2021-2022 school year?
