My Story
Consultation has concluded
May 1-7 is Mental Health week and NLPS is aligning its theme with the one selected by the Canadian Mental Health Association - My Story.
For the month of May, we encourage everyone who feels safe sharing their story to consider sharing their story with others. This is a also a great time to share stories about the local organizations who are supporting mental health in our communities. You can write us a story or poem, make a video, draw or paint a picture, or tell your story in whatever other creative way you can think of.
For May, here are some things you may want to consider when telling or creating your story:
- What is your favourite activity to do to take care of your mental health?
- How can people better support each other's mental health?
- What mental health related book or resource would you recommend to others?
