As part of our It Starts with Hope project, we have created a number of ways everyone can contribute to conversations about hope, the role it plays in our lives and how we can grow hope in our families and communities. Our goal is to share messages of hope with as many people as possible and raise awareness of the impact hope has on mental health.

    All winners will be contacted the week of April 19-23 to confirm deliver/pick up of signs prior to Mental Health Week (May 3-9, 2021).
